As a prop creation exercise, I recreated an 18th-century teapot using images provided by the Metropolitan Museum of Art as reference. The project focused on taking a single prop through a 3D asset pipeline.
I simple-modeled the teapot and lid in Maya, sculpted additional details in ZBrush, and applied a provided RenderMan material. The completed asset was presented as a turntable to showcase the model and surface detail.
The final turntable was rendered in Unreal Engine 5.
